Planning 10,000 deliveries a day means deciding which vehicle serves each store and in what order, while staying within vehicle capacity and service requirements. At SWAT Mobility, I worked with the Operations team to replace manual planning with an automated approach.

I used clustering to group delivery stops and route optimization to plan how vehicles would serve them. The work reduced planning time by 70% and operational cost by 8%, balancing efficiency with the requirements of the delivery operation.
